Check out the websites listed below for a host of pre-made website templates.  Using a good template can make things a heck of a lot easier if you are not a web programmer or graphic designer.  Simply select a template you would like to use.  Upload it to your server.  Then Modify the template as you see fit.  There is not much more too it.  I have found that learning website stuff can take a little time at first; but once you get the hang of it you can use those skills forever.
